General Information

• More than one pet from the same family may be boarded in the same dog run or cat condo at the owner's request
• Payment can be made in cash or check.
• Multiple dog and military discounts available.
• We provide quality feed at no extra charge, or you may bring your own.
• Raised beds are provided, however you are encouraged to bring a blanket, dog bed and/or favorite toys to make your pets stay more comfortable. Please write your name on their belongings.
• Chew bones, toys, grooming supplies, training equipment and much more is available to purchase in our reception area.
• Pick up and delivery available upon request.

We must have proof of the following vaccinations prior to boarding:

Dog Facility
• Heated single or double runs. Indoor or indoor/outdoor runs available. An insulated doggie door leads to the outside run that is covered and protected from the weather.
• Our aim is to lower the stress of boarding. The covered outside runs have solid dividers four feet high for sanitation and to avoid conflicts with other dogs. The inside building corridor is wide with feeding counters down the middle. When dogs are inside they are not forced to stare across a narrow isle at another dog.
• We have outdoor exercise pens and a large outdoor exercise yard where dogs are exercised and can get out three times a day for a change of pace and a little extra handling.
• Security is a main focus. The dogs are monitored at all times when out in the exercise yards. A secondary fence surrounds every run and exercise pen.

Cat Facility
• Our spacious cat condos are located in their own room just off our reception area. They have the best view of the whole operation from their multi level accommodations.
• We provide lots of attention, exercise, bedding, snacks, an aquarium and frequent litter-box changes.
